I worked as a project architect on the project from the schematic design to the
construction site phase. The challenge of the site was to adapt the point houses
according to the local plan to the slopes of the rocky terrain, avoiding unnecessary
excavation and preserving part of the plot in its natural state. The building has strived
for high-quality and sustainable architecture within the possibilities of ”ARA frames”.
The Heka apartments surround a strictly dimensioned stairwell with a high skylight.

My tasks were including the project management (communication with client
and other designers, building permission process, etc), planning and detailing,
procuding high-quality drawing packages for each design phase including detailed
architectural drawings, vizualisations and construction specifications.
