The Atrain Quarter comprises five properties and combines Hitas condominiums, right-ofresidential apartments, and ARA rental apartments. The seven-story, diamond-shaped point
buildings with colorful balconies and light brick facades are grouped around a landscaped
courtyard. Common areas are located on the upper floors.
Projects in the Quarter:
– HEKA Kalasatama Capellan puistotie: Two residential buildings, three staircases, six to eight
floors, 9,300 m², 88 apartments.
– HASO Atrain: One residential building, one staircase, six floors, 3,900 m², 41 apartments.
– AsOy Capellan kanava: Two residential buildings, two staircases, seven floors, 6,850 m², 64
apartments.
– ATRAIN underground parking garage: 1,600 m², 66 parking spaces.
I was involved from 2016 to 2020 as an architect and BIM coordinator.
