Heka’s Gunillantie 3 property is located in Laajasalo, close to the sea and parks. The property
consists of three 5–7-storey buildings with elevators. There are a total of 81 apartments, from
studios to family apartments of almost 100 square meters.
The houses and apartments are designed to be accessible and each apartment has a glazed
balcony.
The houses have plenty of common spaces for residents, commercial spaces, a parking garage
(44 apartments) and Heka’s depot facilities. There are solar panels on the roofs of the houses.
I worked as a project architect on the project from the draft design to the implementation phase in 2021-2022. My tasks included project management (communication with the client and
other designers, the building permit process, etc.), detail-specific design work, and the preparation of high-quality drawing packages for each design phase, including architectural drawings,
visualizations and reports.
